Day 14 - 2015 "All About Me" Instant Poetry for "30 poems in 30 days" #NationalPoetryMonth

"All About Me'' (Fill in the blanks ~ pretty easy and fun)

Here’s a fun little tool (that I have mentioned before) and that I think you will enjoy – The Instant Poetry Creator – I do believe poetry comes from the heart, but there is more than one way to reach into your heart. Questioning is always helpful in drawing out something new.

Sometimes, when we answer questions, we find things out about ourselves we had not given much thought to before. So, I’m sharing a nifty little online INSTANT POETRY tool that basically requires you to “fill in the blanks” or answer questions, so to speak, and voila’ ~ you create an instant poem!! Pretty cool and tonz’ of fun, especially with kids.

Before you click on the link, please finish reading the challenge I would like to offer today ~ ETTC's PoetryForms Creator ~ just go to the Instant Poetry Creator and use it any time for any poem you wish to play around with BUT, for TODAY ~ please look down the list of options on the left and select the "All About Me" poem format. I tried to create a direct link to the question format for this poem but it won't work that way - you'll simply have to go to the main page (link here) and then look down the left sidebar and find the link to the “All About Me” poem (they are in alphabetical order so it’s first – after list a few new ones – and fill in the blanks – you can be deep and insightful or fun and silly. You can do it over and over, answering the questions from a different perspective.

Plus, with such a quick and easy format today - you can spend more time on your "Book Spine Poems" and if you are clueless about that - we will be sharing them on Friday and you can read all about them on Day 12 of the Poetry Challenge here on my blog
Enjoy!!

Incidentally, I'm not sure what happened with the generator, but it kept leading me back to my own dashboard. I'm wondering how that happened. Things that make you go, "HUH?"
